For everyone who loves fiber art, and the art of quilting, 80 @ 80: The Artwork of Phyllis Small, promises to delight and inspire. This book originated as a program for the retrospective exhibition presented at the Windsor Art Center in 2021, the year of Phyllis Small's eightieth birthday.
