My paper quilts are constructed from all sorts of handmade and purchased decorative papers. I use papers (such as cotton or linen) that are stronger than wood pulp paper and sew these quilts on my domestic sewing machine. After making the quilt top I stitch the top, batting, and backing layers together by hand or machine.
